Baccalaureate Mass and Brunch

As part of the commencement celebration, it has been a longstanding tradition at Hilbert College to hold a Baccalaureate Mass in honor of the graduating class.  This year’s Mass will be held on Saturday, May 10 at 9:30 a.m. in Swan Auditorium.  All 2014 graduates and their families are cordially invited and encouraged to attend this very special liturgy.  Guests of the graduates are also welcome.  Those planning on attending are asked to RSVP to Barbara Bonanno in Bogel 103C, at bonanno@hilbert.edu or by calling (716) 926-8924 to indicate haw many will attend.

Graduates will assemble at 8:45 a.m. with their academic gowns in 216 Paczesny Hall.  Guests will proceed directly to the auditorium.  If any graduate is interested in doing a short reading at Mass, please contact Barbara Bonanno.
Also, Graduates and their families are invited to attend Commencement Brunch on Saturday, May 10, 2014 following the Baccalaureate Mass.  Brunch will be held in the Hafner Recreation Center on the Hilbert campus from 10:30 a.m. – noon.

The menu will include fresh fruit, assorted pastries, scrambled eggs, carved ham, home fries, French toast, coffee and juice.

Tickets may be purchased through the President’s office until May 1st.  Tickets for graduates are $5 each; family and friends are $13.00 each and $6.00 each for children 10 years of age and under.

Please make checks payable to Hilbert College and send to: President’s Office, Hilbert College, 5200 South Park Ave., Hamburg, New York 14075. Tickets are also available in the President’s Office M-F 8:30 a.m – 4:30 p.m.

Tickets are pre-sale only; there will be no tickets available at the door.
